Privacy Policy
Important: This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this policy and its governing jurisdiction.
1. Who We Are
Gravity ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a business entity operating under the laws of the State of Israel, providing founder-led growth services including a SaaS platform and done-for-you strategy services.
For the purposes of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the "PPL"), Gravity acts as the data controller and owner of the databases in which personal information is stored.

Information You Provide Directly
- Identity data: Full name, professional title, company name
- Contact data: Email address, phone number, WhatsApp number
- Account data: Username, password (stored encrypted), account preferences
- Payment data: Billing address and payment method details (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details)
- Content data: Posts, ideas, materials, and other content you upload or create within the platform
- Communication data: Messages sent via our contact forms, WhatsApp integration, or email
- Profile data: LinkedIn and social media profile information you connect or provide
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, actions taken within the platform
- Device data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers
- Log data: Access times, error logs, and other technical diagnostics
- Cookie data: As described in Section 6 below
Information from Third Parties
- LinkedIn profile data when you connect your LinkedIn account
- Scheduling data from TidyCal when you book a meeting
- Analytics data from Vercel Analytics (anonymized)

- TidyCal — appointment scheduling

Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by Israeli law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gravity, our users, or others.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our services. Types of cookies we use:
- Essential cookies: Necessary for the platform to function (login sessions, security). Cannot be disabled.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences (theme, language settings)

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:
- Maintain your active account and provide our services
- Comply with Israeli legal obligations (including tax records, which must be retained for 7 years under Israeli law)
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
Upon termination of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. Content you have created may be retained in anonymized form for platform improvement purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Access controls and authentication requirements

10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
11. International Users
Our services are intended for use within the State of Israel. If you access or use our services from outside Israel, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by Israeli law. We make no representation that our practices comply with the laws of any other jurisdiction, including but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or any other foreign data protection legislation. Users outside Israel are responsible for determining whether their use of our services is in compliance with their local laws.
When we transfer data to our service providers outside of Israel, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by Israeli law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable Israeli law. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date
- Sending an email notification to registered users
Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of our services.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. Any dispute arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
